Super Bowl (in a foreign country)

As you may or may not know, I am in Thailand right now for our teaching conference. This morning at 5:30 AM, the super bowl was being shown on a local television station. Our hotel let our group set up a big screen to watch the Super Bowl. Now, I usually like to watch the commercials during the Super Bowl, but not the actual game. Today though, I didn't make it a priority. Apparently I made a good deccision because they didn't even air the cmomercials because of course the commercials are generally targeted for an American audience that will buy American- marketed products.In addition, all the commentating was in the Thai language (including the explanation of the half time show.)
